By using Headwater Music , you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
2. MUSIC LICENSES & USAGE
- All music purchases grant you a personal, non-commercial license
- You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform purchased music
- Commercial licensing available separately
3. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- All sales are final unless music is defective
- We accept credit card through Stripe (Privacy Policy)
- Prices subject to change without notice
4. USER ACCOUNTS
- You're responsible for account security
- Provide accurate information
- One account per person
5. PROHIBITED USES
- No illegal downloading or sharing
- No reverse engineering of our platform
- No automated purchasing/downloading
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All music remains property of respective artists/labels
- Our platform and branding are our property
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL [COMPANY] BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS,
EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE
12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO OUR SERVICE AND ARE
NOT LIABLE FOR DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
